ChiBall® CLASSES

what is it? ChiBall® is a mind body wellness programme that uses the exercises modalities of Tai Chi-gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates & Relaxation to complete a 1hr class whilst incorporating principles of traditional chinese medicine.

 

Classes run every fortnight except during the winter season. During Winter One off Workshops are offered as a small outlet during this season.
